T.E.A.M.

Ketika dirimu tak lagi mampu berbuat sesuatu, diam sajalah, tak perlu kau ikut berbicara.
Nikmatilah hasil karya orang lain, bisa sahabatmu, mungkin pula pesaingmu.
Jadilah penonton yang setia, tanpa perlu memberikan komentar tak guna.
Bila engkau tak berkenan, berbuatlah sesuatu, jangan diam saja.."

(Ignatio, 1008)

What do we know about team?

Some say, work hard, play hard, together. Others thought, one for all, and all for one. Else would decide, one boss many sub-ordinate within one mission to reach same vision. Whatever...
It would be dificult when we apply same standard upon different teams. Since the mission itself would not through the same direction so does their visions are far from others destination. Yet, people always find the best man for their team, the tough-smart-perfect-strong-confindenced-good-obey person. Always at the same character. What an utopia.

Have you ever read about Shogun? They’re all good men, taking care their subordinate, keep their heir in the right vision, maintain their territory, guard their border closely, and of course, train their soldier at the scheduled time, more often when about to strike or conquer other territories. Shogun’s soldiers are; Lance-man, Sword-man, Arrow-man, Cavalry-man, Scouts and domestic servant; guard, butler, artist, cook, housekeeper. (Early Japan, Jonathan N. Leonard, 1979)
Every unit has a special duty, due to their speciality, Lance will hold horses approach, Sword/Samurai & Katana usefull in close fight, Arrow might hit the far targets, Cavalry as “big-hitter” to end the battle, and so on..

Anyway, team will always be a team, when it falling down on certain team member’s interest, we might say they are not in a team anymore. For me, team suppose became TEAM-TEAM, not just team.
